About me

Bartłomiej graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok as well as the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, where he completed studies in “Taxes and Tax Advisory Services”. He also completed postgraduate studies in ” Tax Advisory Services” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok. 

Bartłomiej is an advocate and licensed tax advisor with many years of experience. 

Professional experience 

Bartłomiej gained his professional experience through many years of work in law firms and accounting offices, as well as running his own law firm. He joined the Enodo Advisors team in 2022. 

Bartłomiej has extensive professional experience in: 

  • representing clients before tax authorities in all tax procedures;
  • representing clients before administrative courts and common courts, including as a barrister in criminal fiscal cases;
  • preparing legal and tax opinions; 
  • supporting taxpayers in obtaining individual tax law interpretations; 
  • providing ongoing tax advisory and legal advice. 

Industry specialization 

In his professional activity, Bartłomiej specializes in representing and protecting entrepreneurs during tax inspections, tax proceedings and court proceedings. He focuses on issues related to VAT and excise duty. He is also an expert in penal fiscal law and defends clients in criminal fiscal proceedings. 

Publications and lectures 

Bartłomiej is the author of many publications, mainly in the field of tax law and fiscal criminal law.
