About me
Artur is an attorney in The Warsaw Bar Association and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University.
Professional experience
Artur has gained his professional experience cooperating with Polish tax advisory companies. He has taken part in tax projects conducted for domestic and foreign entities including such from inter alia real estate, production, IT, fuel and pharmaceutical industry.
He has a wide experience in tax advisory related to income taxes (CIT, PIT incl. WHT – withholding tax), tax on goods and services (VAT), reporting tax schemes (MDR) and tax disputes.
He has worked for Maciej Bednarkiewicz Academia Iuris Foundation as a volunteer and coordinator of legal advice point.
Artur also participates in project related to planning tax security of organisations – developing tax strategies, preparation and implementation of tax procedures and instructions aimed at structuring responsibility in organisations, ensuring correct fulfilment of tax obligations and exercising due diligence.
