About me

Wioletta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Vistula University in Warsaw and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Wioletta is an advocate. She has an extensive experience in implementation of advisory projects for multinational and Polish enterprises. Wioletta is a specialist in transfer pricing.

Wioletta has over ten years’ experience in tax advisory gathered in transfer pricing team in one of so-called “Big Four” companies and a renowned Polish law firm. 

In 2016 she joined Enodo Advisors team as an Associate.  

Wioletta specializes in transfer pricing advisory, including in particular: 

  • development of transfer pricing documentation and applications for advance pricing agreements,
  • verification, development and implementation of transfer pricing methodology in related party transactions,
  • preparation of benchmarking studies, 
  • determination of the arm’s length level of royalties, 
  • support during tax audits and transfer pricing litigation, 
  • verification of supporting documentation related to services purchased within intercompany transactions.  

Specialty sectors 

Wioletta possesses experience in implementing projects for companies operating within various industries, with particular emphasis on the logistics, petrol, automotive, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sector.
