About me

Artur is an economist and a leading authority on transfer pricing experts in Poland. As a co-founder of Enodo, he has been responsible for its transfer pricing practice since its inception. 

Professional experience 

Artur has more than 25 years of experience in providing tax advisory services to Polish and multinational groups of companies.

During his professional career, Artur worked for over nine years within the Big Four, where he specialized in transfer pricing issues. In 2004, he assumed the manager role in the transfer pricing group of Ernst & Young Poland. In 2006, he relocated to Germany and worked as a manager for one of the Big Four’s transfer pricing teams in Munich, continuing in this position until June 2007. He managed transfer pricing engagements for multinational enterprises (primarily from the US) operating mainly in Germany.

Artur’s expertise in transfer pricing encompasses a range of transactions, including services, finance, licensing, distribution, restructuring, and manufacturing, both domestically and internationally.

These include in particular: 

  • designing and implementing transfer pricing policies;
  • assisting in transfer pricing audits and disputes with tax authorities;
  • allocation of profits to permanent establishments; 
  • pricing of financing, licensing, services, and restructuring transactions; 
  • planning of intercompany settlements; 
  • providing transfer pricing assistance in connection with restructurings, including evaluation of restructuring compensation; 
  • preparing advance pricing agreements (APAs) applications and assistance in the process of obtaining APAs; 
  • preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation (local and master files) together with transfer pricing analysis,
  • ongoing transfer pricing assistance.

Artur has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including construction, commercial real estate, rail and road infrastructure, rail transportation, renewable energy, IT, logistics, fuel, and pharmaceuticals.
