About me
Bartosz is an economist. He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He is a licensed tax advisor with over 20 years of professional experience gained in international consulting companies (Deloitte, EY) and Polish tax companies. Bartosz has worked in Enodo Advisors since June 2022.
He specializes in aspects related to excise tax, VAT, customs duties, international trade, transport monitoring (SENT) and energetic law as well as other fuel regulations.
He represents clients in administrative and court proceedings in tax and customs cases and supports entrepreneurs in regulative issues connected with indirect taxes and customs liabilities.
Industry specialization
Bartosz has a universal experience in tax and legal treatment of clients conducting production and trade activity in industries related to, inter alia, FMCG (including alcohol, food and cosmetics industries) as well as chemical, fuel, automotive, logistics, energetic and pharmaceutical industry.
Lectures and publications
Bartosz conducts workshops and trainings in excise tax, other indirect taxes and regulations connected with excise tax (SENT). He is an author of numerous publications in the field of taxes and duty in the daily press (Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita) and specialist press.
