About me

Jakub is a Warsaw School of Economics graduate with a major in Finance and Accounting. He has extensive experience in the implementation of consulting projects in the area of transfer pricing for Polish and international capital groups. In supporting clients’ business operations, he prepares tailored solutions in the field of transfer pricing and assists in fulfilling compliance obligations. 

Jakub is an active member of the working group operating within the Transfer Pricing Forum established by the Ministry of Finance. 

Professional Experience 

Jakub has almost 10 years of professional experience in tax advisory gained in the largest Transfer Pricing teams in Poland. He is the author of publications and articles on transfer pricing topics. 

In 2020, he joined the Enodo Advisors team, and since 2021, he has been jointly responsible for the transfer pricing team. 

Jakub specializes in transfer pricing advisory, including in particular: 

  • transfer pricing policy – preparation and validation,
  • support in price level determination in financial, license, service and restructuring transactions,
  • preparation of settlement models for intra-group transactions,
  • assistance in proceedings and audits related to transfer pricing,
  • preparation of tax opinions on transfer pricing issues,
  • support in transfer pricing related restructuring,
  • preparation of advance pricing agreements (APAs) applications and support in the process of obtaining APAs,
  • preparation of comprehensive transfer pricing documentation (local and master files) along with transfer benchmarking studies,
  • ongoing transfer pricing advisory for current matters. 

Industry specialization 

Jakub provided transfer pricing services for all types of transactions (services, financial, licensing, goods, restructuring, and manufacturing). He participated in projects for entities from various industries, with a particular focus on the financial sector (banks, Polish branches of foreign banks, leasing companies), renewable energy, IT, chemical, petrochemical, real estate development, and manufacturing.
