About me

Tomasz is a certified tax advisor with nearly 20 years of professional experience. He specializes in goods and services tax. Tomasz also conducts projects connected with the area of income taxes and local fees/taxes. 

Professional experience 

Tomasz has graduated from the Faculty of Economics of UMCS university in Lublin. He also completed Postgraduate Studies in the Accountancy and Financial Audit at the University of Warsaw. 

Tomasz gained his first professional experience working in so-called Big Four companies and Polish counselling firms. Before joining Enodo, Tomasz worked as a senior specialist in an entity handling with distribution of natural gas where he was responsible for the settlements in CIT and VAT tax. 

Tomasz specializes in tax advisory focused particularly on: 

  • preparation of tax opinions in VAT and CIT; 
  • designing tax procedures and MDR reporting;
  • preparation of application for individual tax rulings, binding rate informations, statistical classifications and complaints to administrative courts including the Supreme Administrative Court; 
  • preparation and verification of VAT settlements and Intrastat reports for entities with their legal seat in Poland and companies registered for VAT purposes in Poland;
  • conducting tax audits and due diligence studies; 
  • representing clients during tax inspections, verifying activities and proceedings for refund of VAT tax. 

Lectures, awards and prizes 

Tomasz has conducted numerous training courses and workshops regarding tax on goods and services. For several years, he has been preparing and co-leading a series of webinars during which the most important VAT issues are discussed with particular emphasis on doubts and problems addressed by the clients from construction industry.

In the tax advisory “Rzeczpospolita” ranking in 2021, he was awarded as one of the five best specialists from VAT compliance field, and in 2022 and 2023 he won the ranking being recognized as the best specialist from this area in Poland (ex aequo prize).
