About me

Artur is an economist and one of the most experienced transfer pricing experts in Poland. As a co-founder of Enodo, since its beginning, he is responsible for transfer pricing practice. 

Professional experience 

Artur possesses over 25-years of expertise in tax advisory for Polish and multinational capital groups. 

During his professional career Artur had worked for over nine years within the Big Four, where he specialized in transfer pricing issues. In 2004, he became a manager in the transfer pricing group of Ernst & Young Poland. In 2006 he moved to Germany and worked as a manager for one of the Big Four’s transfer pricing team in Munich until the end of June 2007. There he managed transfer pricing engagements for multinational enterprises (mainly from the US) operating primarily in Germany. 

Artur’s experience in transfer pricing area includes both domestic and international engagements regarding various types of transactions: services, financial, license, distribution, restructuring and production.

These include in particular: 

  • design and implementation of transfer pricing policies;
  • suport in transfer pricing audits and disputes with tax authorities;
  • profit allocation to permanent establishments; 
  • pricing of financial, license, service and restructuring transactions; 
  • planning of intercompany settlements; 
  • suport in restructurings, including valuation of related compensations; 
  • preparation of advance pricing agreements (APAs) applications and support in the process of obtaining APAs; 
  • preparation of comprehensive transfer pricing documentation (local and master files);along with transfer benchmarking studies,
  • on-going suport in transfer pricing matters.

Artur possesses in-depth expertise in several industry sectors, including: construction, commercial real estates, rail and road infrastructure, rail transportation, renewable energy, IT, logistics, fuel, pharmaceuticals.
