About me

Bartłomiej graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok, with a specialization in law. Additionally, he completed a postgraduate program in taxes and tax consulting at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Moreover, he has undertaken postgraduate studies in tax consulting at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok.

Bartłomiej is an attorney and a licensed tax advisor with many years of experience.

Professional experience 

Bartłomiej gained his professional experience through many years of working in law and accounting firms, as well as running his own law firm. He joined the Enodo Advisors team in 2022. 

Bartłomiej has extensive professional experience in the following areas: 

  • representing clients before the tax authorities in all tax proceedings and in enforcement and collateral proceedings
  • representing clients before administrative and common courts, including as a barrister in criminal tax cases
  • drafting legal and tax opinions
  • assisting taxpayers in obtaining individual interpretations of tax legislation
  • providing day-to-day tax and legal services

Sector specialization 

Bartłomiej’s professional expertise lies in providing representation and safeguarding the interests of entrepreneurs in contexts such as tax audits, customs and fiscal audits, tax proceedings, and court and administrative proceedings. His specialization encompasses matters pertaining to the tax on goods and services (VAT) and excise duty. Additionally, his proficiency extends to fiscal criminal law, where he provides defense for clients in fiscal criminal proceedings.
