About me
Bartłomiej graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw with a master’s degree in law, financial law, and taxation. Since September 2023 he has been a licensed tax advisor with registration number 14533.
Professional experience
Bartłomiej has more than five years of professional experience in the field of tax law. He has worked for both prominent tax consulting companies, including ISP Modzelewski, as well as smaller Polish consulting firms.
His specialization encompasses a range of tax-related disciplines, including excise tax, VAT, customs duty, SENT, and energy law. Additionally, his expertise extends to other branches of regulatory law concerning excise goods, including alcohol, tobacco products, and energy products.

Bartłomiej has authored and co-authored numerous articles, publications, and commentaries on excise tax, VAT, personal income tax, and tax records.
