About me
Bartosz is an economist. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He is a licensed tax advisor with over 20 years of professional experience gained in international consulting companies (Deloitte, EY) and Polish tax companies. Bartosz joined Enodo Advisors in June 2022.
He specializes in aspects related to excise tax, VAT, customs duties, international trade, transport supervision (System for Electronic Transport Supervision, SENT) and energy law as well as other fuel regulations.
He represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings in tax and customs matters and assists entrepreneurs in regulatory issues related to indirect taxes and customs obligations.

Bartosz has extensive experience in providing tax and legal services to clients engaged in manufacturing and trading activities in the FMCG industries (including alcohol, food and cosmetics), chemical, fuel, automotive, logistics, energy and pharmaceutical industries.

Bartosz conducts workshops and trainings on excise duties, other indirect taxes and regulations related to excise duties (SENT). He has authored numerous publications in the domain of taxes and customs, which have been featured in both the daily press (e.g., Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita) and specialized publications.
