About me

Piotr graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and completed his doctoral studies in the same field. In addition to his academic achievements, Piotr is a licensed advocate.

Professional experience

Piotr has considerable experience in tax consulting in international consulting companies and Polish tax offices. He has also taught as an academic lecturer at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and the WSB Merito University in Warsaw. He joined the Enodo team in 2023 as a Senior Associate.

Project experience

His specialization lies in tax advisory with a focus on issues related to corporate income tax, personal income tax and withholding tax. As part of his activities, he cooperates with internal accounting departments, but also with legal departments.

He specializes in:

  • providing day-to-day tax advisory services (hotline)
  • providing support in the implementation of withholding tax obligations
  • tax audits
  • preparing applications for tax interpretations
  • drafting tax opinions
  • drafting amendments to legal contracts

Industry specialization

Piotr possesses substantial expertise in providing counsel to clients during tax proceedings and disputes. He has successfully implemented numerous projects for a diverse range of entities, with particular focus on the IT, RES, manufacturing, and financial sectors.
