About me

Jakub is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in finance and accounting. His professional portfolio includes substantial in implementing transfer pricing consulting projects for Polish and international capital groups. In support of clients’ business operations, he prepares tailor-made transfer pricing solutions and assists in meeting compliance obligations.

Jakub is an active member of the working group within the Transfer Pricing Forum established by the Ministry of Finance.

Professional Experience 

Jakub has almost 10 years of professional experience in tax advisory gained in the largest transfer pricing teams in Poland. He is an author of publications and articles on transfer pricing issues.

In 2020 he joined the Enodo Advisors team and since 2021 he has been a co-leader of the transfer pricing team.

Jakub specializes in transfer pricing advisory services, including in particular:

  • drafting and reviewing transfer pricing policies
  • determining pricing levels for financial, licensing, service and restructuring transactions
  • preparing accounting models for intra-group transactions
  • assisting in proceedings and audits related to transfer pricing
  • drafting tax opinions on transfer pricing issues
  • assisting with transfer pricing-related restructurings
  • preparing applications for Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and assisting in obtaining APAs
  • preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation (local and master files) and transfer benchmarking studies
  • providing current transfer pricing advice on ongoing matters

Industry specialization 

Jakub has provided transfer pricing services for all types of transactions (service, financial, licensing, goods, restructuring and manufacturing). He has participated in projects for entities from various industries, with a particular focus on the financial sector (banks, Polish branches of foreign banks, leasing companies), renewable energy, IT, chemicals, petrochemicals, real estate development and manufacturing.
