About me
Kinga is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Katowice Bar Association and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia.
Professional experience
Kinga began her professional career in 2017. She gained extensive experience working in law and tax firms, where she provided legal services to business entities and tax advisory services. She gained experience in renowned tax consulting firms, including one of the Big Four consulting firms, where she provided services to both domestic and international business entities, with a particular focus on tax advisory in the area of direct taxes (CIT/PIT) and international tax law.
Her primary specialization lies in income taxes, encompassing both domestic and international aspects. She focuses on issues related to restructuring, tax planning, withholding tax, and tax incentives (including R&D, IP BOX). She also assists individuals with links to several countries in determining tax residency and conducting tax-efficient activities in Poland. Her previous experience includes handling VAT issues, in particular in relation to real estate and MDR reporting.
Her experience encompasses a wide range of tax services, including comprehensive day-to-day tax services to entrepreneurs, preparation of tax opinions, requests for tax interpretations, analysis of restructuring and succession scenarios, preparation of tax procedures, MDR reporting, and tax due diligence.
Kinga’s expertise extends to conducting tax and administrative court proceedings, as well as acting as a legal representative in court proceedings (including as a defense attorney in fiscal criminal cases).
She joined the Enodo Advisors team in 2024.

Kinga has provided services to companies in the IT, real estate, energy, manufacturing, and insurance sectors. Her clients include both Polish entrepreneurs and foreign business entities.
