About me
Kinga is an attorney-at-law at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia.
Kinga Rabęda
Kinga began her professional career in 2017. She has worked in law and tax firms, where she provided legal services to business entities and tax advisory services. She gained experience in prestigious tax advisory firms, including one of the Big Four consulting firms, where she provided services to both domestic and international business entities, with a particular focus on tax advisory in the area of direct taxes (CIT/PIT) and international tax law.
Kinga’s main area of specialization is income taxes, both domestic and international. She focuses on issues related to restructuring, tax planning, withholding tax, and tax reliefs (including R&D, IP BOX). She also assists individuals with ties to multiple countries in determining tax residency and conducting tax-efficient activities in Poland. Previously, she also dealt with VAT issues, particularly in the context of real estate and with MDR reporting.
She has extensive experience in comprehensive ongoing tax services for entrepreneurs, preparing tax opinions, applications for tax interpretations, analyzing possible restructuring and succession scenarios, preparing tax procedures, MDR reporting, and tax due diligence.
Kinga also has experience in conducting tax, court-administrative proceedings, and acting as a legal representative in court proceedings (including as a defense attorney in fiscal criminal cases).
She joined Enodo Advisors team in 2024.

Kinga has provided services to entities in the IT, real estate, energy, manufacturing, and insurance sectors. Her clients include both Polish entrepreneurs and foreign business entities.
