About me

Małgorzata is a graduate of Law at the University of Warsaw. 

Professional experience 

Małgorzata has over 10 years of practice in tax consultancy, with particular emphasis on VAT. She gained experience in large tax advisory companies, including one of so-called “Big Four” companies, as well as smaller Polish consulting companies. 

Her professional practice includes: 

  • ongoing tax consultancy;
  • preparing tax comments;
  • securing the taxpayer’s tax position by obtaining individual interpretations of tax law;
  • support as part of verification activities and tax audits;
  • conducting tax and court proceedings (including the Supreme Administrative Court);
  • support during the VAT refund procedure;
  • conducting workshops and trainings for clients on VAT. 

Publications and lectures 

She is the author of several publications on tax issues. She has participated in the preparation of comments and objections to tax clarifications regarding VAT groups by the Ministry of Finance.
