About me

Małgorzata earned a degree in law from the University of Warsaw.

Professional experience 

Małgorzata has over ten years of experience in tax consulting, with a special focus on VAT. She has gained experience working for prominent tax advisory firms, including one of the Big Four firms, as well as in smaller Polish advisory companies.

Her professional activities include:

  • day-to-day tax consultancy
  • preparing tax comments
  • securing the taxpayer’s tax position by obtaining individual interpretations of tax legislation
  • providing assistance during verification activities and tax audits
  • conducting tax and court proceedings (including before the Supreme Administrative Court)
  • assisting in VAT refund proceedings
  • conducting workshops and training sessions for clients on VAT

Publications and lectures 

She is the author of several publications on tax issues. She has contributed to the formulation of comments and objections to tax clarifications regarding VAT groups by the Ministry of Finance.
