About me
Wiktoria has been an attorney and a member of the Szczecin Bar Association since 2021.
Professional experience
Wiktoria started her professional career at the onset of her law studies in 2012, working in law firms. For more than four years she has been gaining experience in tax advisory and since 2022 she has been cooperating with Enodo Advisors. Her specialization lies in commercial law and transaction advisory (with a focus on restructuring of companies, registration procedures and the selection of optimal tax schemes). Her expertise encompasses the drafting of tax opinions, applications for individual tax rulings, and navigating tax and court-administrative proceedings. She provides services related to PIT, CIT, MDR reporting, as well as the development of legal and tax procedures.
