About me

Wioletta is a highly qualified professional with a background in law and administration. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and Vistula University in Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has extensive experience implementing advisory projects for multinational and Polish enterprises. Her specialization lies in transfer pricing.

Professional experience

Wioletta has over ten years of experience in tax advisory, having worked in the transfer pricing team of one of the so-called Big Four companies and a renowned Polish law firm. 

In 2016, she joined the Enodo Advisors team as an Associate.  

Wioletta specializes in transfer pricing advisory services, including in particular:

  • preparing transfer pricing documentation and applications for pricing agreements
  • conducting comparative analyses of the terms and conditions of transactions concluded between unrelated entities
  • assisting in determining the amount of royalties for the use of intangible assets
  • assisting in transfer pricing proceedings and inspections
  • evaluating source documentation regarding intangible services purchased from related entities
  • reviewing and developing a methodology for setting prices in transactions between related entities
