About me
Andrzej holds a degree in the Faculty of Law and Administration from the University of Warsaw, where he graduated law with the highest honors, as well as a degree in Journalism and Political Science from the same institution. He is an attorney-at-law and completed legal advisory training at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Professional experience
Andrzej started his professional career in 2012 at one of the renowned Big Four companies. He provided advisory services for Polish and international companies, with a focus on issues related to corporate income tax, including international taxation and the issues of tax and court proceedings.
In 2016 Andrzej joined the Enodo Advisors team. He has a proven record of successfully representing clients in proceedings before tax authorities, providing legal representation before administrative courts and defending clients in criminal cases involving tax and financial crimes. He also has experience in providing advisory services on transactions and in preparing tax opinions and commentaries. He represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts in cases relating to tax liabilities (excluding excise duty), the value of which often exceeds tens of millions of PLN.
He has led projects related to tax planning, restructuring and transactions involving the sale or purchase of specific assets in an effective and tax-secure manner. He also provides comprehensive guidance in succession planning, including the establishment of family foundations (private trust). He has practical experience and competence in drafting and negotiating civil law contracts and seamlessly integrates legal, tax, and business expertise.

Andrzej has provided services to a diverse range of clients, including companies from the energy sector, construction sector, real estate sector, HoReCa, pharmaceutical industry and entities providing financial services (including investment funds).

He is an author and co-author of several publications and commentaries in the industry as well as business press in the area of taxes.
