Wapowski
Senior Associate
Andrzej is a lawyer. Andrzej graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw as well as the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw. Andrzej is a legal adviser at Warsaw Bar Association.
Professional experience
Andrzej has several years of professional experience in tax advisory gained at Deloitte. Andrzej provided advisory services for Polish and international companies with special attention to the corporate income tax issues, international taxation and mergers & acquisitions.
Andrzej joined Enodo Advisors team in 2016 as an Associate.
Andrzej has professional experience in:
- conducting tax proceedings and court proceedings,
- preparing tax opinions and motions for binding tax rulings,
- performing tax reviews,
- providing ongoing tax advisory for Polish and international companies,
- preparing and implementing structures related to tax planning, international taxations and mergers & acquisitions issues.
Industry specialization
Andrzej’s professional experience covers projects performed for the companies in energy sector, pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, real estate and finance (especially for foreign investment funds).
