Izabela is an economist and philosopher. Since 2009 she is a qualified tax advisor. As an experienced consultant and manager, she coordinated and oversaw numerous projects for Polish and foreign clients. Izabela’s main specialty is ongoing tax advisory with particular emphasis on issues related to corporate income tax.

Professional Experience

Izabela has 14 years of experience in tax advisory. Her specialization includes ongoing tax advisory with a particular emphasis on corporate taxes. She coordinates tax audits: financial statement audits and due diligence.  

Izabela leads and coordinates the following types of projects:

• tax reviews including due diligence
• writing tax opinions
• preparing motions for binding tax rulings
• tax litigation
• and many others.

Izabela issues tax opinions, interpretation requests, and conducts tax proceedings. In addition, she represents her Clients in administrative courts. She takes care of cross-border transaction analysis including related entity transactions and withholding taxes. For her Clients, Izabela coordinates tax proceeding preparations and implementation projects, she also provides training sessions on the above matters.

Izabela is widely experienced in advising companies from the production, medical, pharmaceutical, and construction industries. 

Seminars and publications

Izabela is the author of articles and publications and the speaker at training courses and presentations on tax issues in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sector, with particular emphasis on tax consequences of marketing activities. 

In 2018, she was rated one of the Top 5 CIT Specialists (“Rzeczpospolita” journal’s tax advisory ranking).
