Jakub is a Warsaw School of Economics graduate with a diploma in Finance and Accounting. He has extensive experience in the implementation of consulting projects in the area of ​​transfer pricing for Polish and international capital groups.

Experience

Jakub has several years of professional experience in tax advisory gained in Transfer Pricing teams MDDP and Andersen.

He joined the Enodo Advisors team as a Senior Associate in 2020.

Jakub specializes in transfer pricing advisory, including in particular:

• transfer pricing policy - preparation and validation,
• support in price level determination in financial, license, service and restructuring transactions,
• preparation of settlement models for intra-group transactions,
• support in transfer pricing proceedings and audits,
• preparation of tax opinions on transfer pricing issues,
• support in the restructuring matters related to transfer pricing,
• preparation of advance pricing agreements applications and support in the process of obtaining advance pricing agreements,
• preparation of comprehensive transfer pricing documentation (local and group documentation) along with transfer pricing analyses.

Specialization

Jakub has participated in the project's implementation for entities from various industries, with particular emphasis on the financial industry (banks, Polish branches of foreign banks, leasing companies), chemical, petrochemical, real estate development, and production industries.
