Martyna is a Warsaw University graduate majoring in Psychology - she specializes in supporting personality development. She is also a psychoanalyst and art therapist. For many years she has been working in the environment of law firms and tax advisory companies. At Enodo, she is responsible for the smooth operation of the law firm's office.
She has completed many recruitment projects, trainings, and proprietary performance review systems. Professionally, she combines directness and a sense of humor with respect for other people. She takes an approach that is more human, but keeps in mind the principle of common-sense business.
