About me
Anna is a lawyer and a licensed tax advisor (registration no. 10636). She has over 20 years of professional experience, including in project, risk and people management, as well as in building effective and motivated teams, gained at one of the renowned Big Four companies. She is an expert in personal income tax, social security, global mobility, and matters related to employment and running a business.
Professional experience
Anna has gained her professional experience by providing comprehensive advisory services to employers as well as individual clients, including management teams and foreign nationals.
Her practice includes end-to-end advisory and compliance services in the area of Polish personal income tax (PIT), along with consulting on social security and health insurance matters in Poland and the EU. She advises executives, foreign nationals, entrepreneurs, and partners of various business entities, supports clients in matters related to inheritance and donations, and represents taxpayers before tax authorities.
In the area of employer support, she advises on designing effective employment structures (PIT, social security) and implementing risk-mitigating frameworks within B2B contracting models. She also handles tax settlements for partners in partnerships and limited partnerships.
Anna has extensive expertise in Global Mobility, including designing and managing global assignment structures from the perspective of taxation, social security, and employment law compliance, as well as supporting global payroll processes. In addition, she assists companies in developing and implementing internal HR and employment policies.
